Phone and Account Operating Model

A compliance-first framework for distinct operating units, original content hypotheses, and accountable analysis.

01

1. A Phone as a Separate Operating Unit

In a content system, a phone is more than an extra screen. It is a separate operating unit with a clear role in the project: a theme, a set of accounts, content hypotheses, and a record of observations.

This separation helps a team avoid mixing tasks, source materials, and experiment results. It is not a way to deceive a platform and does not guarantee trust, reach, or account safety.

02

2. Device Context: SIM, Network, and Accounts

For each operating unit, it is useful to document the context: device, lawfully used SIM where needed, connection type, accounts, theme, and responsible operator. Credentials and personal information should be stored securely and only to the necessary extent.

A SIM, mobile internet connection, IP address, or usage history does not by itself increase a platform’s trust. Platforms use their own rules and signals, which can change. The operational task is to keep a clear, lawful, documented process—not to seek a universal technical “trust signal.”

  • the device and its project role
  • accounts and their permitted purpose
  • theme, audience, and content hypothesis
  • responsible operator and action log
  • current rules for each platform

3. Initial Preparation

Preparation begins with device updates, access protection, recovery setup, and a review of platform rules. The team then defines which content and hypothesis belong to this unit.

There is no need to create a complicated artificial setup in advance. A transparent operating loop is sufficient: device → theme → original materials → publication → data → learning. The three-month system explains gradual launch and analysis in more detail.

04

4. Ordinary Use and a Separate Activity Record

A device is used for genuine work on the chosen topic: studying official materials and relevant content, preparing original ideas, publishing permitted materials, and analyzing results. Actions should make sense for the project and comply with service rules.

A separate activity record is not for imitating a user. It preserves the experiment context: what was studied, what was published, which hypothesis was tested, and which data was available.

05

5. No Artificial Reciprocal Activity

Accounts under the same control should not create artificial support for one another. Do not mass-like or comment on each other’s posts, synchronize identical actions, or imitate independent interest.

Such reciprocal activity and coordinated inauthentic behavior can conflict with platform rules. Instead, assess quality through content, honest analytics, and genuine permitted audience responses.

06

6. One Original Creative, One Primary Publishing Point

Assign one original creative to one primary publishing point: a specific account and a specific task. Do not publish the same video simultaneously from multiple accounts under the same control.

One product or funnel does not require a single video. Instead, test ideas with different original creatives: different themes, opening frames, scripts, presentations, or CTAs. This produces separate content hypotheses rather than duplicate publication.

ONE FUNNEL → MANY DISTINCT ORIGINAL CREATIVES → TEST → DATA → RESPONSIBLE SCALING
07

7. Testing, Analytics, and Compliance

The purpose of separation is to compare content hypotheses, record analytics, and scale only a process that is understood. Results are not guaranteed: no device, account, or format promises leads, recommendations, or commercial impact.

Before each launch, check the current rules of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other services in use. When rules change, restrictions arise, or there is uncertainty, platform rules and lawful, transparent conduct take priority.
