How MediaRoy works

From connecting a phone to a scalable content system.

Context

A MediaRoy workflow connects people, devices, materials, and data. Manual control and automation are available under operator control.

01

1. Connect devices

Connect Android or iPhone devices to a work computer in line with MediaRoy system requirements.

02

2. Organize devices

Separate devices by project, client, task, market, or work direction.

03

3. Prepare and distribute content

Create materials for specific tasks, transfer them to the right devices, and organize the work queue.

04

4. Publish

Work with social networks and content platforms in accordance with each service’s rules.

05

5. Compare results

Compare views, retention, reactions, clicks, registrations, and other correctly tracked outcomes.

06

6. Scale what is proven

Increase production of formats whose effectiveness is supported by real data.

01

1–2. Connect and organize

Start with confirmed host-system requirements, then distribute devices into groups. The operator records group purpose, owner, and task, so different projects are not mixed in one context.

  • Android: the confirmed host is Windows 10 64-bit.
  • iPhone: the confirmed host is macOS 11.0+.
02

3–4. Prepare and distribute

The team prepares material variants for a task: hypothesis, format, context, and labels for comparison. Materials are then distributed to selected devices within the confirmed capabilities of the release.

  • Change clear variables so results can be compared.
  • Distribution does not promise an identical result on every platform.
03

5–6. Publish and measure

Publishing is performed by a person under the selected platform’s rules. The team then collects correctly available data: views, retention, reactions, clicks, or registrations where attribution is technically available.

  • A metric is selected for the task, not for one attractive number.
  • Data helps an operator decide, but does not replace them.
04

7–8. Compare and scale

Compare like-for-like hypotheses and take only a repeatable signal into the next cycle. Scaling means expanding a supported direction, not guaranteeing views, sales, or outcomes.

  • The process owner determines whether a signal is sufficient for the next step.
  • Content Lab explains the experiment cycle in more detail.
Key questions

Clarify before the next step

Is publishing already automated?

Automation is available. Choose supported publishing workflows and retain control over platform actions.

Which data should be compared?

Those connected to the hypothesis goal and correctly available.
