Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MediaRoy and the MediaRoy S desktop application (the "Software") operated by MediaRoy ("we", "us"). By creating an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
MediaRoy lets you connect, control and manage your own Android and iOS devices from a desktop computer: screen mirroring, media transfer and manual publishing to social networks. You may connect only devices that you own or are authorised to control.
3. Accounts and security
- You must provide a valid email address and confirm it with a one-time code before the account becomes active.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately at info@mediaroy.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person or legal entity per account. Sharing one account between multiple parties is prohibited; we enforce device limits to prevent abuse.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Software to:
- control devices you do not own or lack permission to control;
- distribute spam, misleading content, malware or content that violates the rules of third-party platforms or applicable law;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties;
- circumvent, reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, its licensing or its security mechanisms.
We may suspend or block accounts that violate these rules.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Access to device control requires an active subscription. Plans, prices and included features are shown in the application. Subscriptions are activated manually after payment arranged through our Telegram contact @anjdjey_admin1.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew; renewal is arranged manually before expiry.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
- We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; active paid periods are not affected.
6. Software licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use MediaRoy S for the duration of your subscription. The Software is licensed, not sold.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Software is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediaRoy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits or content on your devices or third-party platforms. Actions you perform on your devices and social accounts are your responsibility.
8. Termination and deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the application or by contacting info@mediaroy.com. Deletion permanently removes your account and associated data. We may terminate access for material breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the application or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator's place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
